Once they do this they are inside the sales “funnel”! They are delivered emails which deliver quality content and value. After the free email course or ebook or whatever the ‘hook’ is delivered, there’s usually a product for sale to offer the opportunity of getting more value.

A good funnel will have a range of products within it. Ideally there should be an ‘entry level’ product, subscription products (memberships and software) and higher value products later on. All products within a funnel should over deliver on value.
